When David says he has an open door, he means it. In fact, a Dexter agent once gave him a surprise gift: a ticket number dispenser, so those waiting could enjoy a fresh cup of coffee while waiting for David’s counsel.
David’s warm welcome and unwavering support makes it immediately clear that his generosity knows no bounds. He’s always there, ready to take the time, offering gentle guidance and encouraging words. And that’s why many Dexter agents proudly have pledged to stay with Dexter for their entire career. By always supporting those he cares about—no matter the need, whenever it’s needed—David positively impacts the lives of many.
