Born and raised in Vancouver I have watched the city become the world class community it is becoming today. During the span of my 33 year career in real estate I have lived and provided service to many different areas of Metro Vancouver and have discovered the intricacies which make each one special. My business includes a heavy concentration in strata titled properties allowing me to become very familiar with Depreciation Reports, the value of realistic maintenance fees, and the Strata Property Act in general. and have sat on Council for a 254 unit complex.
