Raised in White Rock, Paige has called Vancouver home since 1989. A founding teacher at West Point Grey Academy, she learned to listen, understand, and connect with local families. Paige’s strong ability for quickly connecting launched her into successful roles at Xerox and with other big league brands, such as Microsoft, lululemon, and Walt Disney. Her passion is people and helping them understand — and get — what they want. In 2004, Paige and her husband Paul built their Dunbar home for their expanding family. This process fuelled her extensive knowledge and experience in marketing and selling small to mid-sized multi-family projects. Paige's rewarding experience in building homes, selling & renting homes, and volunteering has inspired this phase of her life. She loves Vancouver, and loves being part of making it fun. As Paige says, “It takes more than putting up a sign to sell a home – it takes a customized strategy and the genuine interest and ability to understand the client’s desires."
"Ruthie and Paige were amazing realtors to work with during the search and purchase of our first home. They have a wealth of knowledge and experience, and they are amazing human beings who made this experience clear, less stressful and fun! They took the time to get to know us as a couple, and understand our home needs and goals. They were proactive and attentive to our needs and questions, and provided instrumental advice and guidance throughout the entire process. We love our new home and could not have done this purchase without the guidance and support of this great team. We're forever grateful for their support and the great relationship we built during this process. Thank you Ruthie and Paige!" - Stephanie & Graham
"Ruthie and Paige could not have been more positive, fun, and professional. They generously filled our home with orchids, daffodils, tulips, and chocolates. They promptly replied to all texts, emails, and phone messages. They presented a clear marketing and pricing strategy and curated a set of exceptional still photo and video presentations and upon reviewing the listing, our friends and extended family could not understand why we were selling. Rarely have we, in our professional careers and in our collective experience as a family, participated in such a successful and intensely satisfying transaction. Ruthie and Paige made this happen, they inspired us to work like mad and they earned our full trust and confidence." - Don Fairbairn & Kamala Morrison
