Born in Vancouver and fortunate to live and work in this beautiful city, David graduated from St. Georges School and received his Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of British Columbia and became a Chartered Arbitrator in 1997. A licensed Realtor since 1980, David has been the senior Owner/Broker of Dexter Associates Realty since 1989.
David has been a strong supporter of the improvements made in Realtor education and has been directly involved in many aspects of organized Real Estate in British Columbia. He is presently a Director of the Real Estate Council of British Columbia, Past Chair of the Real Estate Errors and Omissions Insurance Corporation, Past Director of both the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver and of the British Columbia Real Estate Association as well as many Committees and Task force initiatives within the industry.

Married since 1982 to Margo, they have three grown children living in Vancouver and all of whom are active in many sports including cycling, skiing and hiking. Along with other fundraising initiates David shares with his  wife Margo, he has encouraged cycling teams from Dexter Associates Realty over the years to participate in the annual Ride to Conquer Cancer where as a team they have raised more than $300,000.

Born and raised in Greater Vancouver, Kevin recognizes what a great city Vancouver is. His passion for real estate and the real estate industry permeates throughout all his day to day activities. After earning a Bachelor Degree in Economics from Simon Fraser University, Kevin was a retail managed before making the move to real estate, joining Dexter Associates Realty. He quickly took on a management role which has lead Kevin to his current position, As Owner/Managing Broker with Dexter. Kevin works with the team of REALTORS at Dexter to provide first class, professional service to all their clients. Kevin believes in providing the utmost support to all those he works with, sharing knowledge, skills and ideas.

Kevin is involved with BCREA as an instructor and at the Real Estate Board on the Arbitration Committee. Professionalism is extremely important in real estate, and Kevin works hard to ensure that is provided. With one son and a love of the outdoors, Kevin enjoys getting out cycling and hiking up the Grouse Grind – taking advantage of the best of this wonderful region.

A native Calgarian, Kerrie moved to the beautiful city of Vancouver to attend the University of British Columbia where she obtained her B.A. in International Relations and her LL.B.   Following law school, Kerrie practiced law in the technology group at McCarthy Tetrault LLP.  One of the largest law firms in Canada, for four years.  After having her daughter, Capri, Kerrie decided to take her career in another direction and joined her husband, Tom Everitt, in his thriving real estate business. She soon discovered that she loved the excitement and challenges involved in selling properties in Vancouver.  A few years later, following the birth of their son, Bowen, Kerrie became licensed as a Managing Broker and the couple opened their own real estate brokerage on Main Street.  In December of 2012, Kerrie and Tom joined with Dexter Associates Realty as a partner in their Main Street office and they are thrilled to be part of the Dexter team.

Born in Sydney and educated in Australia and Vancouver, Tony graduated from the University of British Columbia with a degree in Urban Geography while studying urban land use in Greater Vancouver.

Originally licensed in 1983, Tony has been a division director of the Greater Vancouver Real Estate Board, and has served on a number of committees and task forces for the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver, the Real Estate Council of British Columbia and the British Columbia Real Estate Association (BCREA), where Tony is currently an instructor. Tony worked for many years on the Standard Forms Committee, drafting many of the documents used by REALTORS® in BC today. An Associate Broker and Manager at Dexter Associates Realty available for consistent support, Tony trains agents who join Dexter Associates Realty. Tony enjoys golf, cycling and good food and good wine – not necessarily in that order.

Philip has lived in British Columbia since 1979 and was first licensed as a Realtor in 1987. But getting to Vancouver was a long and long-dawn out journey. From Ireland, where he was born, to London, England, to Israel (mostly overland), to Spain, where he worked on a farm, had a restaurant and met his wife, to Canada across the wintery North Atlantic by ocean liner; first to Prince Edward Island, where his two sons were born, to Manitoba, where he worked as a news reporter with the Winnipeg Free Press, to Calgary, briefly, before finally arriving to Vancouver, a city he loves and knows well. After all these years he is still passionate about Real Estate and about helping people achieve important life goals. He has been with Dexter Associates for almost all of his career because he shares and believes fervently in the qualities and philosophy of this rare independent firm. As a manager he supports and mentors new Realtors and offers his experience in writing and public relations to everyone.

Sharon is a 25 year veteran of both the Vancouver and Fraser Valley Real Estate Boards with expertise in selling all types of homes, strata’s and commercial properties. She was a Director of the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board and Chair person for the Arbitration Committee 2010 – 2013, chaired the MLS Committee. She was affiliated with HomeLife Realty Group in the Fraser Valley, her and her teams knowledge of the various markets have proven invaluable to her clients. Sharon has a strong Marketing Team, which includes a Home Stager, Virtual Tour team of photographers, Home Inspectors, as well as graphics designers. Her clients acknowledge that her businesslike manner and consultant attitude with her strong negotiating skills have proven to lead to successful closures. She has also been a Mentor and Coach for various Real Estate sales representatives over the last 23 years. She also has the following to her background: Training Director for Homelife Realty Services of Western Canada, Sales Manager/ Recruiter HomeLife Realty Services, Sales Trainer Sutton Group Realty Fraser Valley , and Teacher of the Pre-Licensing Course(Sauder School of Business). Sharon volunteered for the Education Committee for the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board (FVREB) for 5 years. As well as the Greater Vancouver Real Estate Board Business Practices Committee. Sharon instructs the Post Licensing Course for the British Columbia Real Estate Association for the last 14 years Professional Development Program, and instructor for the British Columbia Real Estate Association for 2 Years. Sharon’s passion for education is ongoing. Sharon has 2 beautiful Grandchildren Sophia and Kayla. She spends time running, walking, reading and golfing.
